Michael Rivlin, M.D.

Dr. Rivlin is a hand and wrist surgeon who specializes in all conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow. He completed his training in hand surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard University. He has special interest in complex fracture care, minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve and microsurgery. He is a published, fellowship-trained physician, who is a dedicated educator and clinician.
While born in Hungary, Dr. Rivlin grew up in New York, where he completed his medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and residency in Philadelphia at Thomas Jefferson University. He studied in Switzerland as an AO fellow in upper extremity trauma.
He is widely published having contributed numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, textbook chapters, and presentations at national meetings. He is a current member of several professional societies including, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society and is a candidate for membership in the American Association for Surgery of the Hand.
