- The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 Regulation 45 C.F.R. Part 90 & 91
- The Education Amendments Act of 1972, Title IX Regulation 45 C.F.R. Part 86, and
- Section 1557 of The Affordable Care Act Regulation 45 C.F.R. Part 92
The facility:
- Provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats other formats).
- Provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, which may include:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages

Such complaints must be filed within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date of the alleged discrimination. Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital will make appropriate arrangements to ensure that individuals with disabilities and individuals with limited English proficiency are provided auxiliary aids and services or language assistance services, respectively, if needed to participate in this grievance process. Such arrangements may include, but are not limited to, providing qualified interpreters, providing taped cassettes or material for individuals with low vision or assuring a barrier-free location for the proceedings.
